°. Creación . Crear la planta temporal de la Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética (UPME), para las vigencias 2025, 2026 y 2027, compuesta así: Para las vigencias 2025 y 2026, la planta temporal de la UPME se compone de veintidós (22) empleos, conformados de la siguiente manera: NÚMERO DE EMPLEO DENOMINACIÓN DEL EMPLEO CÓDIGO GRADO 1 (Uno) Profesional Especializado 2028 18 4 (Cuatro) Profesional Especializado 2028 15 3 (Tres) Profesional Especializado 2028 14 6 (Seis) Profesional Especializado 2028 13 8 (Ocho) Profesional Universitario 2044 11 Para la vigencia de 2027, la planta temporal de la UPME se reduce a diecinueve (19) empleos, conformados de la siguiente manera: NÚMERO DE EMPLEO DENOMINACIÓN DEL EMPLEO CÓDIGO GRADO 1 (Uno) Profesional Especializado 2028 18 3 (Tres) Profesional Especializado 2028 15 3 (Tres) Profesional Especializado 2028 14 6 (Seis) Profesional Especializado 2028 13 6 (Seis) Profesional Universitario 2044 11

Parágrafo

La provisión de los empleos creados en el presente Decreto se efectuará en forma gradual, de conformidad con las disponibilidades presupuestales y hasta la concurrencia de las respectivas apropiaciones.
