º . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga los artículos 1º, 2º, 3º y 4º del Decreto 645 de 2008 y el Decreto 1319 de 2008 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1º de enero de 2008 con excepción de lo establecido en el artículo 4º del presente decreto.
