La Junta Directiva del Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística cumplirá las funciones que a organismos de la misma naturaleza señalan los Decretos 1050 y 3130 de 1968. En materia contractual, autorizará todo acto o contrato cuya cuantía sea superior a doscientos mil pesos ($ 200.000.00).
