Presentación de declaraciones de rentas territoriales con destino a salud ante entidades descentralizadas . La liquidación, declaración, pago y retención cuando proceda, de los recursos de las rentas territoriales de que trata la presente subsección, se deberán presentar en la Secretaría de Hacienda Departamental o Distrital o en la entidad descentralizada de salud, si así lo establece la normatividad o procedimientos definidos por la respectiva entidad territorial
