Art. 1º La deuda interior de la República se seguirá amortizando de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la ley 87 de 1886 . Destínase además, la suma anual de doscientos mil pesos, que se distribuirá á prorrata por duodécimas partes en cada mes, entre los tenedores de los créditos provenientes de contratos que hayan sido ó fueren aprobados por el Consejo Nacional. Las libranzas contra las salinas marítimas por indemnizaciones á extinguidos Estados de Bolívar y Magdalena continuarán amortizándose en la forma convenida en los respectivos contratos.
