Art. 1.° La señora Concepción Jiménez de Riascos, viuda del benemérito General Joaquín Riascos, gozará, desde la sanción de esta ley, de la pensión mensual de ochenta pesos ($ 80), que se pagará del Tesoro nacional, en los mismos términos que las de los militares de la Independencia.
