ARTICULO 20 . Si vencidos los términos de que dispone la jurisdicción penal aduanera para terminar los procesos a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, algunos de ellos no hubieren concluido, se remitirán en el estado en que se encuentren a la Dirección General de Aduanas, para que ésta entidad le dé aplicación al procedimiento que se encuentre vigente para tal fecha.
