º. Modifícase el artículo 86 del Decreto 2148 de 1983, el cual quedará de la siguiente manera: "Cada aspirante señalará, en su solicitud, el círculo donde aspira a ser notario. Cuando en el mismo departamento existieren vacantes en varios círculos de la misma categoría, el aspirante, si lo desea, podrá indicar el orden de su preferencia entre tales círculos."
