el quebrado conservará su personería para coadyuvar las acciones o las oposiciones que proponga el síndico o que se promuevan contra éste. La ilegitimidad de la personería de cualquiera de los acreedores o de sus representantes sólo dará lugar a que se anule lo actuado en la parte referente a dicho acreedor, si así lo pide él.
