Queda a juicio de la Junta Directiva del ICBF decidir cuándo se debe proceder a la venta de los bienes a que se refieren las disposiciones anteriores, con el fin de que el Instituto perciba su parte en dinero efectivo y pague en la misma forma la participación del denunciante y los costos del proceso. La venta se hará conforme a las normas legales sobre la materia.
