Cuando El Director General De Aduanas En Ejercicio De La Facultad Que Le Otorga El Artículo 40 Del Decreto-Ley 1821 De 1964, Autorice Vender Directamente Mercancías Definitivamente Declaradas En Decomiso Por Funcionarios Competentes, Lo Hará Por Conducto Del Martillo Del Banco Popular

Decreto 203 de 1966 · por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 3º de la Ley 101 de 1960 con relación a remates de mercancías abandonadas, decomisadas o retenidas en procesos penales aduaneros.

Cuando el Director General de Aduanas en ejercicio de la facultad que le otorga el artículo 40 del Decreto-Ley 1821 de 1964, autorice vender directamente mercancías definitivamente declaradas en decomiso por funcionarios competentes, lo hará por conducto del Martillo del Banco Popular. En estos casos hay necesidad de revaluar administrativamente las mercancías.

Parágrafo

Es entendido que esta facultad no se refiere a las mercancías cuya situación jurídica no haya sido definida por autoridad competente.
