Queda adicionado el Código de Organización Judicial, reformadas las siguientes disposiciones: inciso primero del artículo 83 del Código de Organización Judicial; 864, 874, 935 y 1484 a 1486 del mismo; 103 y 104 de la Ley 105 de 1890 ,y 31 de la Ley 100 de 1892 ; adicionados el 1097 del Código Judicial y el 1° de la Ley 105 de 1890 , y reemplazado el Articulo 1° de la Ley 92 de 1920 .
