Artículo único. Concédese a la señora Teresa. Cavero de Nieto una pension de cien pesos ($ 100) mensuales pagadera del Tesoro nacional, de que disfrutará mientras permanezca viuda.

Parágrafo

Esta pensión se pagará por el administrador principal de Hacienda nacional del Estado de Bolivar, como las de los dos militares de la Independencia.
