Serán decomisadas las instalaciones y equipos de radioaficionados en uso o que se comprueben fueron usadas sin contar con la licencia de radioaficionado conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 48 del Decreto legislativo 34,8 de 1954, y conforme al procedimiento del Decreto 1462 de 1977 y del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
