ARTICULO 2.1.2.1.9 . PAGO DE CHEQUES EN DESCUBIERTO. Cuando el banco pague cheques por valor superior al saldo de la cuenta corriente, el excedente será exigible a partir del día siguiente al otorgamiento del descubierto, salvo pacto en contrario. El crédito así concedido ganará intereses en los términos previstos en el artículo 884 del Código de Comercio.
