LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 16. Serán sancionados los propietarios, poseedores o tenedores de vehículos de transporte público colectivo de pasajeros y mixto del radio de acción metropolitano, distrital, o municipal, con multa de uno (1) a tres (3) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes, que incurran en las siguientes infracciones:

Negarse a prestar el servicio sin causa justificada;

No retirar los distintivos de la empresa de la cual se desvincula;

Prestar el servicio en un radio de acción diferente al autorizado;

No portar la Planilla de Despacho en las rutas autorizadas;

No portar los documentos que soportan la operación de los equipos.
