ARTICULO 4 º Para ser magistrado o fiscal del Tribunal Superior de Orden Público se requieren las mismas condiciones que para ser magistrado de Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial. Los Jueces de Orden Público deberán reunir los mismos requisitos que se exigen para ser Juez Especializado y tendrán su misma categoría y remuneración.
