Las personas que se desmovilicen bajo el marco de acuerdos con los grupos al margen de la ley, con los cuales el Gobierno Nacional haya adelantado un proceso de paz, o en forma individual, podrá beneficiarse en la medida que lo permita su situación jurídica, de los programas de reintegración socioeconómica que para el efecto establezca el Gobierno Nacional.
