Los órganos y entidades que hacen uso del Sistema de Presupuesto y Giro de Regalías (SPGR) para realizar la gestión de ejecución de los recursos del Sistema General de Regalías asignados y ordenar el pago de sus obligaciones desde la Cuenta Única del Sistema a las cuentas bancarias de los destinatarios finales no requerirán el registro de la cuenta maestra de que trata el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.2.3. del Decreto 1082 de 2015 ni realizar la solicitud de giro de que trata el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.2.22. del mismo Decr eto.
