De las acciones rescisorias o posesorias que se prosigan con base en la presente Ley, conocen a prevención el Juez del domicilio del demandado, o el del lugar en donde los bienes se hallen ubicados total o parcialmente, según las normas sobre competencia por razón de la cuantía.
