Artículo primero. Adiciónanse el artículo 1º de la Ley 2ª de 1952, y la parte pertinente del artículo 9º del Decreto número 1738 de 25 de julio último, en el sentido de que el auxilio de $ 50.000.00 podrá invertirse no solamente en los gastos ocasionados con motivo de la celebración del IV Congreso de la Confederación de la U. T. C., sino también para atender a los gastos en general, que la Junta Directiva de dicha entidad sindical, considere indispensables para su correcto y normal funcionamiento y respondan a necesidades económicas y sociales de la mencionada Confederación.
