Article 12

Las Instituciones Especializadas En La Certificación De La Aptitud Psicofísica Para La Tenencia Y El Porte De Fuego, A Través Del Médico Autorizado, Expedirá El Certificado Con Fundamento En Los Diagnósticos De Los Profesionales, Los Cuales Serán Consignados En Los Informes De Evaluación De Cada Aspirante

Las instituciones Especializadas en la certificación de la aptitud Psicofísica para la tenencia y el porte de fuego, a través del médico autorizado, expedirá el certificado con fundamento en los diagnósticos de los profesionales, los cuales serán consignados en los informes de evaluación de cada aspirante.

Parágrafo

Los certificados se diligenciarán en el formato previamente diseñado por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional - Dirección General de Sanidad Militar - Subdirección de Servicios de Salud.
