La solicitud de importación para los medicamentos del artículo 1º del presente Decreto, bajo su nombre genérico, solamente requerirá en cuanto a control de calidad, la presentación de un certificado ajustado a los requisitos del Sistema Internacional de Certificación de Calidad de la Organización Mundial de la Salud, debidamente protocolizado ante el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de acuerdo con las normas vigentes sobre la materia.
