Las juntas de Acción Comunal estarán bajo control de los respectivos Auditores Nacionales y en su defecto de los Personeros, Contralores o Auditores Municipales, según las normas de la Contraloría General de la República, pero los promotores de Acción Comunal y os Alcaldes Municipales, ejercerán el control técnico de estas.
