º . Solicitud de lista de entidades idóneas para adelantar los concursos . Cuando se trate de adelantar los procesos de selección mediante convenios interadministrativos o contratos con universidades que se encuentren debidamente acreditadas conforme a las reglas del sistema general de carrera administrativa, la Subsecretaría de Desarrollo Humano o quien haga sus veces, deberá solicitar a la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil la lista de tales instituciones y el respectivo concepto sobre el buen desempeño, debidamente verificado que hayan tenido respecto de los procesos de selección que se hubieren adelantado en el Sistema General de Carrera Administrativa y no será necesario exigirles requisito adicional alguno.
