Artículo primero. Las solicitudes que eleven los comerciantes a las Cámaras de Comercio para pedir que se les tenga por afiliados, serán estudiadas y decididas por la Junta Directiva, reunida en pleno, verdad sabida y buena fe guardada, por mayoría absoluta de votos. Presentada la solicitud y transcurrido el plazo de un mes sin que recaiga decisión resolutoria sobre ella, se entenderá que la referida Junta acepta la petición del interesado.
