El que en perjuicio de terceros haga uso de pesas, o medidas alteradas o que tengan las contramarcas legales falsificadas o alteradas, incurrirá en arresto de un mes a un año y en multa de cinco a quinientos pesos. En la misma pena incurrirá el que en ejercicio de tina actividad comercial o en local: abierto al público, tenga en su poder pesas o medidas alteradas o con las contramarcas legales falsificadas o alteradas.
