Responsabilidad de las Sociedades de Intermediación Aduanera . De acuerdo con las normas legales correspondientes, las Sociedades de Intermediación Aduanera responderán frente a sus clientes hasta por culpa leve en el ejercicio de sus funciones. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de que se acuerde entre la Sociedad y su cliente mayores responsabilidades.
