º. Las Gobernaciones podrán adelantar las investigaciones que estimen necesarias para mejor proveer, y mediante resolución acogerán o denegaran lo pedido. Contra lo resuelto sólo podrá interponerse el recurso de reposición, durante los tres días siguientes a la notificación personal de la providencia.
