Art. 376. Recibido el expediente en la corte y repartido, el magistrado a quien corresponda sustanciar el recurso mandara fijar el negocio en lista por seis días para que las partes tengan conocimiento de la llegada del expediente a la corte y puedan constituir apoderados.
