El Municipio de Ciénaga contrae, por la aceptación de los auxilios a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, la obligación de hacer recibir y atender en el hospital los miembros del Ejército, de los Resguardos y demás fuerzas nacionales que enfermen, sin lugar a remuneración especial, y el hospital estará por lo demás sometido a las visitas oficiales que decrete la Oficina Nacional de Higiene, cuyos reglamentos y disposiciones deben tener allí fiel y estricto cumplimiento.
