Queda a cargo del Administrador de la renta fijar, por medio de resoluciones, que serán sometidas a la sanción del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, los precios de ventas de los licores. Igualmente se autoriza para dictar las providencias y reglamentos que sean indispensables para la más conveniente organización y recaudo de la renta.
