° Los barcos de turismo podrán ser visitados por las personas o vendedores de curiosidades locales que obtengan para ello el consentimiento de las autoridades de a bordo o de la agencia respectiva. Tales visitantes deberán obtener, igualmente, permiso escrito del Administrador de la Aduana respectiva.
