º. Comités de Orden Público. En cada municipio y distrito especial del país, funcionará un Comité de Orden Público integrado, de acuerdo con la existencia de los organismos en el respectivo municipio, por el Comandante de la respectiva Guarnición Militar o su delegado, el Comandante de la Policía, el Jefe de Puesto Operativo del DAS o un delegado del Director Seccional y el Alcalde Municipal o como su delegado el Secretario de Gobierno o quien haga sus veces, quien lo presidirá.
