La Caja de Retiro de las Fuerzas Militares tendrá una Auditoria Fiscal permanente, con el personal y las asignaciones que determine la Contraloría de la república. El nombramiento del Auditor Fiscal se hará por la Junta Directiva de terna que pase el Contralor General de la república (artículo 5º. De la Ley 451 de 1959).
