Canal único de actuación de las partes interesadas. La Dirección de Comercio Exterior deberá expedir una Circular estableciendo la obligatoriedad de un canal único de radicación de todas las actuaciones de las partes interesadas con posterioridad a la petición inicial, en las diferentes etapas, trámites y procedimientos de las investigaciones administrativas que se lleven a cabo con base en el presente decreto, so pena de no tenerse en cuenta. Lo anterior, una vez el desarrollo técnico del Aplicativo web o el mecanismo que haga sus veces lo permita.
