El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras –Fogafin– deberá reportar oportunamente a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, las entidades financieras que a la fecha de promulgación de este decreto cuenten con capital garantía, así como las modificaciones posteriores a su reporte inicial, ya sea porque nuevas entidades reciban como medida de apoyo dicho capital garantía o por el desmonte del mismo.

El Fondo De Garantías De Instituciones Financieras –Fogafin– Deberá Reportar Oportunamente A La Dirección De Impuestos Y Aduanas Nacionales, Las Entidades Financieras Que A La Fecha De Promulgación De Este Decreto Cuenten Con Capital Garantía, Así Como Las Modificaciones Posteriores A Su Reporte Inicial, Ya Sea Porque Nuevas Entidades Reciban Como Medida De Apoyo Dicho Capital Garantía O Por El Desmonte Del Mismo
