º. Clasificación por autoevaluación . La comunicación de la clasificación de un establecimiento educativo privado en el régimen de libertad regulada con base en el resultado de su autoevaluación, deberá ser presentada a la Secretaría de Educación de la entidad territorial certificada donde se encuentre ubicado el establecimiento, de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto 2253 de 1995.
