°. Transición . Las instituciones financieras de las que trata el presente decreto deberán aplicar las normas aquí dispuestas una vez la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia expida las instrucciones necesarias para su implementación. Hasta entonces les serán aplicables las disposiciones vigentes a la fecha de expedición del presente decreto. En todo caso se deberá cumplir con las disposiciones aquí establecidas a más tardar el 1° de marzo de 2017.
