°. Distribución de la planta de personal global. El Director de la Agencia Presidencial de Cooperación Internacional de Colombia, distribuirá los cargos de la planta global a los que se refiere el artículo primero del presente Decreto, mediante acto administrativo y ubicará el personal teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes y programas de la Agencia.
