Para que una garantía mobiliaria de adquisición sea oponible, deberá estar inscrita en el registro, y el formulario de inscripción registral deberá hacer referencia al carácter especial de esta garantía mobiliaria, incluyendo una descripción de los bienes gravados por la misma.
