Gerente del Fondo . Fondelibertad será administrado por un Gerente, por delegación que le hará el Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, en desarrollo de lo dispuesto en el inciso 3º del artículo 9º de la Ley 282 de 1996. El Gerente será un servidor público de la planta de personal global del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República.
