Art. 28. Mientras el Gobierno no destine un local especial para la Facultad de Ciencias matemáticas, los cursos correspondientes á ella se harán en el Colegio del Rosario, cuyos estatutos y reglamentos interiores regirán también, y sin distinción alguna, para los estudiantes internos y externos de la Facultad de Ciencias matemáticas. Uno de los profesores de esta Facultad, nombrado al efecto por el Gobierno, desempeñará el cargo de Decano, con el objeto de presidir la Facultad y cuidar de que en ella se observe el plan de estos estudios, y se dicten debidamente los cursos.
