° Es deber de la Comisión Legislativa de Cuentas de la Cámara de Representantes examinar la cuenta de Ordenación de gastos de cada Ministerio y presentar á la misma Cámara el respectivo proyecto de resolución. Para este fin cada Ministro agregará al informe que debe presentar al Congreso, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 134 de la Constitución, la copia del Diario y el Balance del Mayor correspondiente al bienio anterior y al tiempo transcurrido de la vigencia económica en curso.
