Por virtud de las disposiciones de esta Ley, corresponderán al Gobierno las funciones que asigno la Ley 25 de 1921 a las Juntas especiales creadas en virtud de la misma; en consecuencia tales Juntas rendirán informe al Gobierno sobre las labores que hubieren ejecutado, le entregaran los documentos relacionados con su actuación, las cuentas de lo recaudado e invertido y el saldo que en dinero pudiere existir en poder del Tesorero, tan pronto como el Gobierno proceda a dar cumplimiento en debida forma a lo ordenado en esta Ley.
