Decreto 1244 de 1994 · por el cual se reglamenta la composición y funciones de la Comisión Permanente del Sistema de Seguridad Social

º. Funciones . La Comisión Permanente del Sistema de Seguridad Social tendrá las siguientes funciones

a)

Promover la prestación del servicio público de la seguridad social bajo un sistema competitivo, justo y eficiente.

b)

Evaluar estudios sobre el sistema de seguridad social e identificar las fallas del mismo.

c)

Velar por que las consultas, solicitudes y quejas que presenten los afiliados a las Entidades Administradoras de Pensiones sean atendidas.

d)

Velar porque se otorguen oportunamente las prestaciones a los afiliados de las Administradoras de Pensiones.

e)

Recomendar al Gobierno Nacional y a las Administradoras de Pensiones los ajustes administrativos necesarios para que se preste un mejor servicio a los afiliados.

f)

Darse su propio reglamento.

g)

Las demás que determine la ley.
