DE LA ORDEN DE REABRIR LA INVESTIGACION.Recibido el expediente por el Jefe del Organismo o de la dependencia regional o seccional respectiva, según el caso, si éste considera que la investigación no se encuentra completa, la devolverá al investigador para que proceda a perfeccionarla conforme a las instrucciones que reciba para el efecto y dentro del término que le señale, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 23 de este Decreto.
