Inspección y vigilancia . El Archivo General de la Nación Jorge Palacios Preciado , cuando así lo considere, realizará inspección sobre la implementación y funcionamiento de los programas de gestión documental de las diferentes entidades públicas, privadas que cumplen funciones públicas y en los archivos que tengan documentos declarados Bienes de Interés Cultural (BIC), o sean de interés público.
