"ARTICULO 6º

"Se acudirá a la Comisión, por vía de solicitud dirigida al Presidente por las dos Partes de común acuerdo, o, a falta de este acuerdo, por una u otra de las Partes.

"La solicitud, luego de exponer sumariamente el objeto del litigio, pedirá a la Comisión que inicie el procedimiento de conciliación.

"Si la solicitud emana de una sola de las Partes, ésta la notificará sin demora a la Parte adversa.
