Cuenta maestra de pagos de las EPS y EOC. Los pagos que realicen las EPS o las EOC con cargo a los recursos que reconoce el Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud para financiar el Régimen Contributivo, deberán reportarse al Ministerio de la Protección Social. Para el efecto tendrán cuentas maestras de pagos que generen la información en la estructura de datos que defina el Ministerio de la Protección Social o la entidad que haga sus veces. Estas transacciones deberán realizarse por transferencia electrónica.

Decreto 4023 de 2011 · por el cual se reglamenta el proceso de compensacion y el funcionamiento de la Subcuenta de Compensacion Interna del Regimen Contributivo del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantia - Fosyga, se fijan reglas para el control del recaudo de cotizaciones al Regimen Contributivo del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud y se dictan otras disposiciones.
